Thank you for shopping at Luna & Lithos. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Please contact our support team at support@lunalithos.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Return Label: Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Ship the Item: Print the return label and securely pack your item, then drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Return Shipping Cost

  • Who pays for shipping? Luna & Lithos covers all return shipping costs. There is no charge/fee to the customer for returning a product.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@lunalithos.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
