Shipping Policy

At Luna & Lithos, we are committed to delivering your order accurately and securely. Please review our shipping practices below.

Shipping Cost

• We offer Free Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.

Order Processing & Transit Time

• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

• Handling Time (Order Processing): 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

• Transit Time (Delivery): 7-15 business days (Monday to Friday).

Total Delivery Time

The total estimated time to receive your order is 9-17 business days (2 days handling + 7-15 days transit).

Shipment Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package status via the carrier's tracking page.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been dispatched. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
